I would really appreciate a mac version, I tried to set up virtual PC but it crashes all the time. I have only one question - is it so complicated to make a programm mac compatible or why are most of the small programms only for Windows PC? I won´t ever switch to windows - so please, please make a mac version!

Would be great if there was an iPhone app for this as it's very useful software. We have tested it and to be honest, it does what it says on the tin. Iphone integration would be a huge benefit though.

I have now set up a Gmail account after reading your reply to him (see mail address!) and will be attempting to use it. I’m not brilliantly computer literate so we’ll se how it goes. I might be a good experimenter to show you how the less advanced user sees and uses your program.

I like the program a lot.. You NEED a mac version though. I am a web designer and have lots of customers that need something like this for their business. I tried it using Parallels, but it's not an optimum solution. Most of my customers have macs and won't buy a copy of windows and parallels, just to run one mail program.

I might have missed it, but perhaps an option to limit the number of e-mails per hour or day, for people who might have bigger lists than their ISPs allow, but who are fine with allowing the program to throttle back the sending in the hopes of getting them all out over the course of several hours or a few days..

This is a nice program, yet i have several comments/questions.
1. I would very much appreciate it if you could improve the scroll function in this program. In the address book, and in the merge preview window of the message composition window, it works poorly. The bar should shrink as more and more contacts are added. I would like to be able to actively scroll throughout my contacts from a-z just by dragging the bar I hope you understand, because this small issue causes me to lose much time.

2. Minor issue, the help function button in the program does not work on every window, on the sent manager for instance.

You have some really great software here! How many people work at G-lock? I really had to do some digging on Google to find this software.I believe you guys should try to optimize your website for search engines. This software is newer looking and has more features than everything else. The only software that came close was sendblaster, which is $50 cheaper, yet lacks several nice features.

I had tried dozens of other bulk email senders, but this one had all the features, for a somewhat reasonable price. I use personal edition for my business and i send to 10,000 people a week. i don't understand why someone should have to pay $200 more for the business edition, when there are only a few extra features.

Hi, I used this for a while but like Chris, came across problems when trying to email more than 25 people. I don't send email to more than 150 at one time, but still, having to wait was too inconvienient for me. I have now set up a Gmail account after reading your reply to him (see mail address!) and will be attempting to use it. I'm not brilliantly computer literate so we'll se how it goes.
Hello Chris,

It most likely your ISP limits the quantity of emails you can send at a time or per day. That's why you are blocked after sending 25 emails or so. Outlook Express sends the emails using the To or CC options and in this case the ISP considers all those email copies as one message and all your recipients see other people's emails on your list. G-Lock EasyMail prepares an individual message for each recipient and sends as many messages as the number of recipients in the group or database. G-Lock EasyMail doesn't expose other contacts' emails to the recipient.

As a workaround I would recommend that you setup a Gmail account. Gmail allows you send 500 emails per day. So, the time you have a small list of 500 emails, you can use your Gmail account login and password with the Gmail SMTP server to send the message to those people. You setup an account in G-Lock EasyMail and enter the Gmail SMTP server, port number, etc. and then you send the message from this account. As far as your email list grows, you can setup the second account on Gmail, add that to G-Lock EasyMail too and send the message from both Gmail accounts at a time. To do this, just select two accounts in the From field for the message. G-Lock EasyMail will take the accounts one by one so the load will be allocated between two Gmail accounts.

Hi There,
I have downloaded and tried to use your software, I really like some of the features that you have in this version although
I have to admit that I am not using it.. I tried using it, and it worked fine on 25 or so emails, but I have about 500 emails to send out to a writers group, the group is a non profit group and has limited funds, I only have the one account but when I try to send mail I get an error every time I try to use it.. The error I get is that my server has rejected my mail.. at this point I never know who got the mail and who didn't , so I have been sending it with outlook express in 100 email at a time to make sure everyone gets a copy of our newsletter..I needed something that was scalable since we get new members all the time.. I know I'm using the free verson and don't really have support, but since I can't get money to buy your product until I can at lease make it work..
